Job Description

Channel your enthusiasm for supporting older adults within a physician-led organization that empowers you to utilize your full professional capabilities.

Practice/Organization Overview:

Become part of a physician-led, home-based care organization that has received national recognition for outstanding quality outcomes.
Provide care to a manageable caseload of 8-10 patients daily in local senior living facilities.
Benefit from a strong support team that includes Advanced Practice Providers (APPs), Registered Nurses (RNs), Patient Coordinators, and more.
Concentrate on patient care while a dedicated operations team manages scheduling, billing, IT, triage, and marketing tasks.
Enjoy a flexible work schedule, allowing you to dictate your start and finish times; many providers wrap up by 2:00 PM.

Compensation & Benefits:

Receive a guaranteed base salary ranging from $280,000 to $300,000+, free from the pressures of RVUs.
