Prep Cook
Prepare fresh salads, sandwiches, fruit cups, grab-and-go items, and other cold menu offerings. Assist with food prep, portioning, and presentation to ensure every item looks its best. Help stock, set up, and maintain cold stations for service. Jump on the register during meal periods as needed, providing friendly and accurate customer service. Help set up and break down service areas each day. Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Support the kitchen team with additional prep and service tasks as needed.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 a.m.- 3:00 p.m.
Transportation: Free on-campus parking is available. This location is not accessible by public transportation; successful candidates must have reliable transportation.
Pay Type: $20.00 - $22.00 Hourly
Time Commitment: Full Time

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members. Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences. Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes. Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred. Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately. Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
