Accountabilities:

• Challenge existing platform capabilities and operating models, determining where functionality should be replaced, simplified, or significantly improved through evidence-based experimentation.
• Build and validate AI-assisted prototypes and demonstrations using AI tools, prompt design, agentic workflows, real data, and system integrations to prove the feasibility and value of new approaches.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and experience designers to explore solutions, test assumptions, and develop working proofs that demonstrate how proposed improvements perform in practice.
• Conduct rapid experiments to compare alternative solutions, evaluate hypotheses, and guide product decisions based on measurable outcomes rather than assumptions or opinions.

Requirements:
