Patient Access Representative - Per Diem

This is a per diem position. This position will be located in the emergency department working closely with clinical teams and includes unit secretary duties.
Job Description:
Arrange for the efficient and orderly registration of patients. To coordinate and maintain the flow of patient's, patient information and communications.
Education:
High school diploma
Experience:
Medical terminology
Data entry
Multi-key phone
Verbal / written communication skills
Organized
Independent
2 years working with people
Able to work in a stressful/fast paced environment
This is a bargaining union position.
