The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. This role ensures productivity targets are met and maintains a safe, secure, and organized warehouse environment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Monitor and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies and procedures. Implement and maintain effective inventory management systems to optimize space utilization and reduce costs. Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely and accurate supply of materials. Enforce safety and security policies to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance warehouse operations. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff. Ensure proper documentation of all inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and adjustments. Monitor shipment tracking and resolve any delivery issues or delays promptly. Coordinate regular maintenance and inspections of equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation. Education & Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required Work Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably in the natural gas compression industry. Skills & Abilities Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Promote culture of customer service. Physical Demands Must be able to lift 50 lbs. unaided Ability to travel to and from locations. Prolonged standing, walking, and use of hands for handling materials. Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching.
