Clinical Specialist - Albuquerque New Mexico/El Paso, TX

Becton Dickinson seeks a Clinical Specialist to execute medication delivery clinical strategy across a multi-state territory. The role involves implementing clinical programs, managing customer relationships, conducting training, and supporting sales conversion efforts for the Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with regional sales team on clinical effectiveness and conversion management
Develop relationships with end-users and provide product training and clinical education
Facilitate customer training classes for product conversion and retention
Train and mentor contract nursing staff and identify high-potential candidates
Conduct VAM assessments and provide monthly clinical activity reports to Clinical Manager

Requirements

Registered Nurse with bachelor's degree
Minimum five years general clinical experience
Three years hands-on ultrasound experience for vascular access insertion
Strong knowledge of infusion therapy and vascular access
Valid state driver's license with three years driving history
Ability to travel up to 70-80% including overnight trips
Strong training and communication skills

Compensation: $85,537 - $141,135 US Dollars
