Who You Are As an Electrician , you will play a key role in providing exceptional service while alsoidentifyingand recommending solutions that improve the performance and energy efficiency of our customers' systems. This is not your typical technician role—it'sabout offering value-driven solutions, ensuring customers’ systems run at peak performance, and closing sales that make sense for the customer’s needs. You'llcombine your Electricalexpertisewith sales techniques toidentifyopportunities for service upgrades, system replacements, and other solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. Your goal? To deliver excellent service while building long-lasting relationships and growing the business. Essential Job Functions Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, andmaintainelectricalsystems Ensure all workcomplies withindustry standards and company protocols Engage customers in meaningful conversations and educate them on potential improvements, upgrades, or repairs that willbenefitthemin the long run Identifyand present electrical products and service recommendations based on customer needs and system analysis. Close sales for system upgrades, new equipment installations, and preventative maintenance plans. Establish rapport and trust with customers by offering tailored solutions, handling objections with professionalism, and providing clear, honest advice. Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, follow-ups, and actively seeking potential service or upgrade opportunities while on the job. Work closely with our dispatch and sales teams to ensuretimelyscheduling and seamless follow-up on leads or job opportunities. Meet and exceed personal sales goals whilemaintaininghigh standardsof technical service. Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Equivalent 3+ years ofElectricalService experience 1+ years of proven success in selling direct to homeowners via in-home presentation Electrical License or able to obtain within 60 days Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills Exceptional communication/interpersonal skills Assertive and confident personality Ability to exercise independent judgment and makeappropriate decisions Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks accurately Commitment to company values Ability to climb into and through attics and crawl spaces Ability to work outside and in extreme temperatures Must have a clean driving record. Basic computer skills Reliable & punctual attendance Ability to be flexible in working a variable schedule including evenings and rotational weekends Fluent ability to speak, read, and write in the English language Preferred Qualifications: Service Titan experience Compensation & Hours Pay: Hourly + Commission Hours: 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (flexible start and end times depending on business needs) Days: Monday - Friday with occasional weekends Benefits Medical, Prescription, Dental, Vision Insurance Disability and Term Life Insurance Matching 401(k) Paid Holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Candidates must successfully pass a drug test and background check.
