We're looking for a detail-driven and reliable Accounting Assistant to support our daily financial operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with numbers, staying organized, and handling high-volume data with accuracy. Responsibilities: Process invoices, payments, and basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks Perform high-volume data entry with strong accuracy Support administrative and financial workflows Maintain organized and up-to-date records Assist the team with day-to-day operational tasks Important: This is an on-site role in Miami, FL. Applicants must be local and available to work in person. We do not provide relocation assistance.
