Join a dynamic healthcare team in the Pacific Northwest as an Administrator overseeing outpatient nursing services. This leadership role involves planning, organizing, and directing clinical and management activities across various outpatient departments, including procedure services and infusion therapy. You will ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care while managing daily operations and nursing practices.
Job Summary
As the outpatient nursing services manager, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of clinical programs and resources, ensuring compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements. You will play a key role in developing new clinical systems and programs to enhance patient care and service quality. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and participation in budget processes are essential components of this position.
Education
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- BSN or Bachelor's degree in a related field required
Experience
- Minimum of three years clinical experience in a similar specialty
- At least one year in a nursing leadership or equivalent role
Licenses and Certifications
- Current Registered Nurse licensure by the appropriate state board
- Specialty certification preferred
- Current BLS and ACLS healthcare provider certifications
Skills and Abilities
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and healthcare technology
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation
- Teamwork, collaboration, and customer service skills
