Our organization is currently looking for an Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician (OB/GYN) to become a part of our dynamic and collaborative team at a hospital located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a team of OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners.
• Enjoy a flexible schedule tailored to your preferences, with the option for a 4-day work week.
• Participate in a 1:6 call rotation, with no clinic duties required while on call and the possibility of a post-call day off.
• Work in a Level III NICU with 24/7 Neonatology support, with no circumcision procedures required.
• Engage in approximately 1,000 deliveries annually.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology, including Da Vinci Robots, EMR-EPIC, and AI Scribe.
• Be part of a friendly team that values collaboration and camaraderie.
• Join a facility recognized nationally as a Best Maternity Care hospital by Newsweek.
• Receive support for J1 and H1B Visa applications.

Compensation and Benefits

• Initial overall compensation package of $745,000.
• Base salary of $450,000.
• Sign-on bonus of $200,000.
• Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and an option for $75,000 in annual student loan reimbursement.
• Relocation assistance of up to $20,000.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including three retirement plan options.
• Malpractice coverage with tail insurance included.
