Job Description

Join The UPS Store Mariemont as a Center Associate and become a vital part of our team in Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will assist customers with a variety of shipping, printing, and packing services while providing excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience at our location.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process shipping transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide packing services, ensuring items are securely packed for transit
Operate office equipment including printers, copiers, and postage meters
Handle cash and credit transactions, maintaining balanced registers
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Support team members as needed to meet customer demands

Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service experience preferred
Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 50 lbs

Benefits

Compensation: $13.00 per week, paid bi-weekly plus bonus
