About the Role:

Whole Hearted Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and flexible On-Call Caregiver to join our team for weekend coverage . This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping seniors maintain their independence and is willing to step in when urgent needs arise.

Weekend Caregiver Key Responsibilities:

Be available on-call during designated weekend hours (Saturday and/or Sunday).
Provide non-medical in-home care to clients, including companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, assistance with personal care, and transportation.
Drive to client homes within our service region (reliable transportation required).
Step into last-minute or emergency coverage needs within a reasonable time frame.
Communicate with the scheduling team and respond promptly to shift offers.

Weekend Caregiver Compensation:

Weekend On-Call Stipend provided for being available.
Premium hourly pay for any hours worked during on-call shifts.
Mileage reimbursement for travel to client homes.

Weekend Caregiver Requirements:

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required.
Strong communication skills and ability to respond quickly.
Must be comfortable working independently.
Availability on weekends is required.
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
