Day Warehouse SupervisorWe are seeking a highly motivated Day Warehouse Supervisor in Houston, TX.Mr. Greens has proudly grown into one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Texas. With deliveries 365-days a year, 7-days a week and multiple runs per day, Mr. Greens has set the gold standard for service. Mr. Greens serves a large variety of clients, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores and retail outlets.General Summary:The Day Warehouse Supervisor will be directly responsible for the supervision of the day shift. Responsibility includes managing all operational requirements with a focus on quality, safety, cost reduction, company policy as well as other areas as determined by Management. Accountable for executing business plans from department goals, objectives to meet key performance indicators (KPI) and to achieve safety, quality, value, and cost reduction.QualificationsResponsibilities:Manage operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion.Lead and develop the warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service.Maintain high levels of accuracyProduce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisResponsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures.
