Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in the state
• Previous experience delivering OT services in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Strong background with teletherapy methods and approaches to school-based therapy
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Sound knowledge of creating and implementing individualized treatment plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled onsite OT assessments and interventions to students as assigned
• Develop and monitor personalized therapy plans, adjusting strategies to meet evolving student needs
• Maintain clear documentation in compliance with educational and therapeutic guidelines
• Communicate progress and recommendations effectively with families and school staff
• Participate in IEP meetings, goal planning, and ongoing team discussions
• Contribute knowledge of teletherapy tools and resources when appropriate
