Person-centered programs focus on reducing the rate of loss of skills that accompany the physical aspects of the aging process and maintaining independence.The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct clinical services and medication and treatment administration. This LPN performs and documents nursing procedures and techniques as prescribed by the physician and outlined in the Person-Centered Plan. This LPN performs duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
