Trade Compliance Specialist

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Trade Compliance Specialist in Rockford, IL to manage international shipment documentation, coordinate exports and imports, and support global distribution network operations for pharmaceutical therapies.
Responsibilities
- Manage priority shipping logs and coordinate cross-functional meetings for shipment dispatch
- Prepare commercial invoices, proforma documents, and import licensing paperwork
- Communicate with internal teams, external customers, and customs brokers regarding shipment requirements
- Schedule courier pickups and track delivery confirmations for international shipments
- Support global depot network strategy development and assist with depot setup
Requirements
- Associate's degree in related field or 1-3 years relevant experience
- Basic mathematical skills and computer proficiency
- Professional written and verbal communication abilities
- Intermediate reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of export/import procedures and documentation
Compensation: $46,080-$51,840 base plus annual performance bonus eligibility
