Position Summary As a server, you will use your hospitality and service skills to ensure that residents and guests enjoy their dining experience. You will handle food in accordance with sanitary procedures, assist with dining room set‑up and cleanliness, and maintain regulatory compliance. Shifts Available 11am-7pm (Full‑Time) 4pm-8pm (Part‑Time) 7am-3pm (Full‑Time) Responsibilities Engage with residents in a friendly manner with a can‑do attitude Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and make appropriate suggestions Take food and drink orders accurately Deliver food in a timely fashion Ensure residents are enjoying their meals and act promptly to correct any problems Collect payment from residents and guests when necessary Enter orders into the POS system for the kitchen team Maintain impeccable personal grooming and hygiene standards Perform dining room checklists to ensure readiness, cleanliness, safety, and Department of Health compliance Ensure dining room set‑up and reset of tables follows established procedures Be knowledgeable of specialty diet needs of residents and know where to obtain such information Practice safe food handling at all times Assist the food preparation team when necessary Qualifications Previous experience in restaurant, dining hospitality, and/or full‑service senior living preferred Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure Ability to perform high‑quality work while unsupervised Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and deliver orders in a timely fashion 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off and holidays Company‑paid basic life insurance Voluntary short‑term and long‑term disability coverage Health Reimbursement Account / Health Savings Account Flexible Spending Accounts Education assistance – up to $5,000 per calendar year Real‑time access to earned wages Employee Assistance Program *Benefits vary by full‑time, part‑time, or PRN status.
