Come make an impact every day at Zebra. What We're Looking For Manages the activities of a unit with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing. Receives assignment in the form of objectives and determines how to use resources to meet schedules and goals. Provides guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies. Develops procedures and processes to achieve goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide the tools and resources to ensure the team is meeting cost standards; review expense statements to ensure alignment with budget for each cost center. Work with peers to establish and set expectations to promote a collaborative work environment and foster process improvement. Work with the Health & Safety team to promote a safe working environment. Engage with shift supervisors to ensure KPIs are aligned within the facility and meet the requirements agreed to in the annual evaluation of objectives. Work with leadership to provide an atmosphere that allows people to exceed in their positions and provide a path for growth for staff. Provide framework across multiple groups to ensure a consistent measure of performance by supervisors in different areas and/or shifts. Set quality standards by working with sales and quality teams to decipher customer expectations. Contribute to the development of unit objectives and assist in formulating and administering policies and programs. Recommend items and amounts for inclusion in the budget; control expenses. Represent the unit on project teams and may perform a project leadership role on projects of significant scope and impact. Act as advisor to subordinates to meet schedules and resolve technical problems. Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities. Work on complex issues and develop resolutions where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors and/or frequent use of creativity. Interpret and frame complex or specialized information for presentation to varied audiences; gain cooperation of others; interact with key internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex problems; create formal networks involving coordination among groups. Job Requirements Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree Work Experience: 6+ years of experience, including a minimum of 2 years supervising others Key Skills and Competencies Demonstrate leadership, project management, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills. Pay Range $96,800 - $145,200 Annual Incentive Compensation In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance‑based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long‑term incentive equity awards.
