Bartender

We are looking for an experienced bartender to spearhead our beverage operations. This restaurant and bar caters to both hotel guests and locals and has already developed a local following. We’re looking for someone who can provide excellent service, craft quality drinks, and deliver a welcoming experience to every guest. This is an opportunity for a hard-working bartender to make good money through hourly wages, tips, and catering service fees. Domestic candidates only who already have the right to work in the US. Bartending experience is required Upon completing your application, you will be sent a link to take an assessment. You must complete that assessment to be considered for the position Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy. • Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner and provide personalized recommendations. • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels of the bar. • Follow all alcohol service laws and safety guidelines. • Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth service for both bar and dining room guests. • Handle transactions accurately and responsibly. • Our restaurant and bar utilize the Toast point-of-sale system. Toast experience preferred but not required. Qualifications: • Previous bartending experience required, especially in a restaurant or hotel setting. • Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and mixology techniques. • Excellent communication and guest service skills. • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $9 - $13 hourly
