Urology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Call On Call Pay Rate: $2425.00 - $2625.00

This facility is seeking a Urology for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Call only
• Practice Setting: Inpatient
• Types of Cases: Urology cases
• Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. Clean history can qualify for expedited privileges
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Epic
• Certifications required: Board Certification, Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Licensure Required: Active Washington license or Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC)
