Location: Odessa, Texas Type: Full time General Information/Job Summary Responsible for providing administrative, operational, and technical support to ensure smooth daily operations across the organization, as well as other miscellaneous administrative duties. Responsibilities/Competencies Provide direct support to the Logistics Manager – Business Support and Analytics across daily tasks, reporting needs, and administrative functions. Assist with preparing data reports and perform basic data checks to ensure accuracy. Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other tools used in reporting and analysis. Help prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports by gathering data, formatting documents, and performing preliminary reviews. Assist with monthly financial update activities by gathering project data, performing data entry, and supporting the preparation of reporting packages. Conduct light audits of job details and flag inconsistencies or required corrections. Help maintain workflow within the department by supporting process improvement efforts and documenting simple procedures as needed. Maintain cooperative and professional relationships with employees, peers, and consumers. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Perform general office duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing digital folders. Other duties as assigned. Requirements 1–3 years of administrative, business support, or data entry experience preferred. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and intermediate Excel skills. Ability to learn and navigate job management systems and databases. Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills. High degree of discretion dealing with confidential information. Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills when working with others. Willingness to work some early mornings, evenings, or weekends as deadlines require. Ability to travel for short business trips when needed.
