School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Oswego, New York

A rewarding opportunity awaits a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2025-2026 school year in a vibrant K-12 setting near Oswego, NY. Serving primarily elementary students, with some high school involvement, you'll champion communication growth and academic success in a supportive environment from September through June.


Your expertise will support a manageable caseload-approximately 28 students-through comprehensive assessment, individualized therapy, and collaboration with educators and families. You'll play a crucial role in developing therapeutic strategies and fostering an inclusive atmosphere that encourages student progress.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and create individualized speech and language intervention plans
• Deliver direct speech and language therapy tailored to specific student needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers to provide necessary accommodations and classroom support
• Regularly track student progress and adjust therapy methods appropriately
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your insight to goal development and implementation
