Responsibilities: * Generate leads and actively pursue new business opportunities. * Educate clients about insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options. * Foster strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and proactive communication. * Maintain accurate client records and manage policy updates efficiently. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. * Goal-oriented and motivated by achieving measurable results. * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Prior experience in insurance customer service (1+ years) * Property/Casualty and/or Life/Health licenses.
