Sales Tasks: Care calls to existing customers, follow up with leads, schedule center visits, and enrollment conversation with walking customers. Administrative tasks: Creating new student binders, updating student binders, reordering workout plans, logging student progress, join instructional floor if necessary. Support Center Director: In operating day to day operations of the center. This is a part time position. Extensive training and induction is provided. Pay plan includes performance bonus ($18 to $20 an hour) plus $50 per new customer enrolled. Work schedule: Monday-Thursday 2:30 pm - 8:00 PM and Saturdays 9:30 am to 2:00 pm (an average of 30 hours a week) Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in a formal office environment. Strong tact and diplomacy; interacts and works cooperatively with children, parents and staff. Ability to prioritize; organize and plan work under own initiative. Highly organized; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments and projects. Flexible/adaptable to constant change. Understanding of Microsoft Office and Google Docs. Four year degree required.
