The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of hospice operations, a strong local market presence, and a proven track record in team building, driving growth, and leading high-performing branches. This position demands a leader who can provide overall direction and accountability, manage day-to-day operations, ensure financial performance, and maintain regulatory compliance. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hospice program, from staffing and budgeting to fostering a culture of quality care and long-term success. Applicants for the Hospice Executive Director role at the company must have a background in hospice, be local to the Denver market, and possess strong local market knowledge and relationships. A minimum of 3-5 years' of hospice operations management experience is required, along with a broad understanding of federal and state regulatory requirements.
