Staff AI Engineer, RL & World Models
Moonlake
Moonlake, based in San Francisco, is building AI infrastructure for interactive digital worlds. We are hiring a Member of Technical Staff to lead RL training and post-training for multimodal agents. You'll work with the research team to scale training, design rewards, and evaluate long-horizon tasks, while ensuring reliability and cost efficiency across multi-GPU environments.
