As a Director Of Nursing (Don), you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and ensuring that our high standards of care are maintained. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and ability to build strong relationships will be invaluable in driving our organization's mission to deliver exceptional care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership to the nursing department, ensuring alignment with the facility's goals and objectives
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
• Foster a culture of excellence, respect, and open communication among nursing staff, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Collaborate with the medical staff and other departments to develop and implement patient care plans
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided by the nursing department, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Develop and manage the nursing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• 3 years experience as a Director of Nursing
• Current New Jersey licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• Proven track record of successful leadership, with a strong focus on quality patient care and staff development
