Overview Join us at Susquehanna for our exciting discovery day with our firm's women leaders in March 2025! This is an opportunity for women currently in their first, second or third year of university to learn about trading, equity research, trading operations and tech. Through discussions, intimate meet and greets with Susquehanna employees, and even gaming sessions, you'll get to learn about what our teams do, how options trading works, and will get a sense of our unique culture and work environment. You will also hear about how our women leaders forged their paths in investment finance and found success in the industry. What We're Looking For This opportunity is open to women who are in their first, second or third year studying any of the following subjects: Mathematics Engineering Finance Economics Physics Actuary Statistics Economics Computer Science Any other STEM course Our event requires no prior knowledge of Trading or Finance, just an interest in seeing what a career in Susquehanna can be like.
