Front End Software Engineer

Introduction Employees in this job function develop and maintain the front-end/client-side of an application, typically a web application, but sometimes also a mobile application or mobile-friendly responsive application. They are responsible for the design and implementation of the user interface and user experience. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency in languages like HTML, CSS, JavaScript or more advanced frameworks like React and Angular Experience in designing, developing, and delivering user-friendly interactive experiences using enterprise brand standards and templates Familiarity with programming practices, such as cross-browser compatibility testing, SEO principles, and accessibility standards Ability to perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure quality development Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications Experience with Python, Artificial Intelligence & Expert Systems, and other databases Experience in continuously improving performance by fixing bugs and optimizing the application Experience in implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency Day-to-Day Responsibilities Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, and technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams like product owners, designers, back-end developers, architects, etc. Create mock-ups and prototypes to visualize new features and participate in user interface design reviews and product demos Keep up to date with the latest emerging technologies and trends in user interface design For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
