What You’ll Do Perform comprehensive eye exams for seniors and underserved populations Diagnose and manage a range of ocular conditions Prescribe lenses and collaborate with facility staff to support resident needs Provide education on preventive eye care and condition management Create a respectful, comfortable, and patient‑centered environment What We’re Looking For Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Active Kentucky Optometry license Experience with geriatric or mobile care is preferred Strong communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach Ability to work independently in facility‑based environments Schedule Weekday flexibility Standard 8‑hour day, typically 8:30 AM–4:30 PM (No weekends) Apply today and help bring quality vision care directly to those who need it most.
