Client Services ManagerSimpson Healthcare, an established scientific agency, has been a dedicated partner to clients in the life sciences industry for over 20 years. We are seeking a Client Services Manager to join our growing team within IQVIA in support of both new and ongoing client relationships.The Client Service Manager is an integral part of our team at Simpson Healthcare. Our Client Service Managers are primarily responsible for coordination of ongoing projects with our clients across the life sciences, supporting an array of services including brand strategy, KOL development, advisory boards, speakers bureaus, trainings, and a host of other live and virtual events.In this role, you'll have the ability to work within a dynamic, team-oriented environment focused on impacting the welfare of healthcare providers and their patients through our partnerships with clients across the healthcare industry landscape.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProject SupportAdhere to all standard operating procedures and support team as needed with PIT Crew, Basecamp, CCR, Good to Go, and Weekly client update meetings SOPsDevelop and maintain effective working knowledge of disease state and client productSupport project team by creating materials as requested, tracking items through internal review, making edits as neededEnsures overall quality, quantity, accuracy, timeliness and tracking of all project deliverablesAssist with the development, writing, and communication of project plansDeliver project pieces that meet client goals and exceed expectations around quality, visualization, scientific content, and timelinessEnsure consistent pull through of client branding elements in sales tools, collateral and visual aids, and proposalsClient RelationsSupport project team in maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure expectations are metAssist with synthesizing client feedback for implementationCollaborate with internal project team members and departments including Scientific Services, Interactive, and Marketing to ensure client expectations are being metBrand ManagementEstablish meaningful, professional relationships with various client stakeholders, including gaining understanding of their individual roles, communication preferences, personal motivators, and the desired outcomes for the brand and for the teamEnsure Simpson's brand is properly represented and promoted throughout client interactions, communications, and deliverablesPromote and deliver service levels which are sustainable and allow for efficient delivery of a quality productProvide data, decisions and delivery of services in support of client, project and community successOrganic Business GrowthAssist with internal routing of Statements of Work (SOWs) for review, ensuring materials are shared with appropriate stakeholders and tracked through approvalRequest opportunity numbers (Opp #s) and maintain accurate records to support project setup and contracting processesTrack SOW and opportunity status, escalate delays as needed, and maintain organized documentation in alignment with internal workflowsRequired Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required1+ years of client service experience, preferably within the life sciences or medical communications industry requiredStrong communicator both in written and verbal forms with a proven ability to effectively establish and nurture client and internal relationshipsStrong organization, time management, and project management skillsAbility to leverage internal and external relationships to the benefit of the project, client, and SimpsonMust be efficient and skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.)An efficient and persuasive speaker and writer who can communicate effectively to a wide range of audiencesGreat team player with a strong drive and willingness to take initiativePlease Note: You must reside within the country where this role is posted to be eligible for this remote job opportunity.IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
