Remote Account Manager

Building lasting relationships with clients, the full-time Remote Account Manager will identify client needs, deliver presentations on services, negotiate deals, and drive revenue growth through effective relationship management. Key responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on prospects to identify potential business opportunities Utilize sales tools to contact and convert leads into clients while collaborating with internal teams for effective presentations Establish and maintain positive business relationships to promote and sell services to existing and prospective customers Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management or similar roles within the IT/Tech industry Proven track record in customer relationship management, closing deals, and developing long-term client relationships Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Strong prioritization, time management, and organizational skills Experience as a Software Engineer or a related degree is a plus
