Bookkeeper / Accounting Specialist (Multi-Company)We're looking for a reliable, detail-loving bookkeeper to keep the numbers clean and current for our organization. (HVAC + appliance retail/service). What you'll do (Summary)Keep money movement organized: invoices, payments, deposits, vendor billsReconcile bank and credit card accounts monthlyHelp close out each month with reliable reports (P&L, balance sheet, AR/AP aging, cash snapshot)Support sales tax and CPA prep with clean documentationAssist with basic inventory/COGS tracking on the appliance sideYou'll fit well if youHave 2+ years of bookkeeping experienceAre consistent and accurate with reconciliations and deadlinesCommunicate clearly and stay calm in a fast-paced environmentHave QuickBooks experience (must)Compensation: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
