Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team as a Machine Operator in Lowell!
Are you a reliable, detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision craftsmanship? We are actively seeking skilled Machine Operators to be an essential part of our dynamic manufacturing team in Lowell. This hands-on role offers the opportunity to work with advanced equipment, including CNC lathes, mills, and other precision machinery, contributing directly to the production of high-quality components.
What You'll Do:
- Operate and oversee CNC machines, lathes, and milling equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Perform fundamental machine setups and adjustments to meet production specifications.
- Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical diagrams, and work instructions.
- Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to monitor product quality.
- Conduct inspections of finished parts, identifying defects or deviations from standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment compliant with all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely completion of orders.
Who We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC, lathe, or milling equipment is a plus.
- Strong ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Able to stand, move, and lift throughout the shift without issue.
Shift & Compensation:
- 1st Shift- 6am-2pm- Mon-Friday- $ 18.00
- 2nd shift: 2pm=10pm - Mon- Friday- $ 18.50
- 3rd shift: 10pm= 6am- $ 18.50
