Our Airway Heights branch services Cheney, Spokane, Airway Heights, Davenport, Nine Mile and nearby surrounding areas!

Current openings: DAY shifts daily, providing clients transportation in your reliable vehicle required.

Pay: $22-$23.50

• Paid orientation & training. You will be paid for the time you spend at orientation and any additional online training required.

Caregiver job duties

Our caregivers support their clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to):

• Household chores (cleaning, laundry, dishes, etc.)
• Cooking and/or serving meals
• Helping clients bathe, dress, and groom
• Providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies
• Transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car
• Assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers
• Monitoring and reporting on their condition

Additional information

• Our hiring process is fast and simple! Apply and the recruiter in your region will connect with you to schedule a phone interview. If hired, you will be scheduled for orientation at your branch. Once you have completed onboarding, orientation, and training, you can start working with clients!
• The more open your availability, the more clients we can match you with. Ability to build a consistent schedule depends on caregiver availability, willingness to transport, and client match.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a state and national background check
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance and clean driving record
• Ability to complete state-required caregiver/HCA training as needed
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
• Smartphone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
• WA Only Current valid CEs if you are an HCA
