Communications CoordinatorWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Communications Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our communications department, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective communication strategies to support our organization's goals and objectives.Responsibilities include:Assist in the development and execution of internal and external communication plansCreate and edit content for various platforms, including newsletters, social media, and the company websiteCoordinate and manage communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelinesSupport the planning and execution of company events and press conferencesMaintain and update the organization's social media presenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and create cohesive messagingMonitor and report on communication metrics and analyticsAssist in the development of presentation materials for executive leadershipRespond to media inquiries and maintain relationships with key stakeholdersContribute to the continuous improvement of communication processes and best practicesQualifications include:2-3 years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience with social media platforms and content management systemsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentKeen attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Express, inDesign) preferred.Knowledge of communications best practices and industry trendsFamiliarity with brand management and corporate messagingAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentAdaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologiesSalary for this position is anticipated to range between $64,000–$75,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
