Full Time Physical Therapist (PT)
Hudson Park is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and independent Physical Therapist 30 – 40 hours per week to join our In-House Rehabilitation Department. Days and hours are flexible, making this an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to make a meaningful impact.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and help restore day-to-day functionality
- Supervise the activities of physical therapy assistants
- Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT)
- Comply with all federal and state professional requirements
Skills & Requirements
- Current New York State Physical Therapy licensure
- Responsible, caring, and dedicated — committed to helping patients achieve personal development milestones
- Effective and engaging verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to comfortably interact with people of diverse backgrounds
