We’re looking for a Junior Growth Marketing Specialist to support CRM/email marketing and paid advertising across our DTC brands. This is a hands‑on role with management guidance and a clear path toward greater ownership as you grow into a well‑rouched growth marketer.WHAT YOU'LL DO
To start, you'll help across a mix of marketing tasks, which include: Build, schedule, and monitor email/SMS campaigns and automated flows in Klaviyo. Support email/SMS campaign planning, copywriting, design coordination, and content production. Support A/B testing to improve email content, offers, timing, and overall campaign performance. Manage customer segments, signup forms, list growth, and basic CRM reporting. Monitor deliverability, sender health, and key retention metrics. Set up, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other channels under management guidance. Monitor KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, CPA, ROAS, and MER Coordinate creative requests and help test new messaging, offers, and audiences Identify performance issues and recommend improvements Prepare clear weekly performance updates Qualifications 1+ years of marketing work experience; agency experience is preferred Working proficiency in Canva or similar design tools Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn Basic understanding of layout, typography, visual hierarchy Comfortable using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) to support research, analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, or GA4 is preferredBENEFITS
