Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 30-60 in clean file - can get temps

7 on, 7 off coverage model - need someone starting May 27th that can commit to a consistent schedule for 2-3 months

12 hour shift, day shifts only

Night coverage is via telemedicine service.

20-25 patient encounters per day (includes admits)

5-6 admissions per day

Procedures:

• Intubations - CRNAs on-call 24/7
• Lines - PICC team on-call 24/7 for CVCs; IR available on Tuesday and Thursday
• Codes - ED-managed with Hospitalist support (when on-site)
• ICU
• 8-bed open ICU
• Tele-pulmonary service available 24/7 via video visits
• DFW, OKC & Tulsa candidates are ok
