We offer compassionate care for long-term care residents, dependable support for our facility partners, and rewarding careers for mental healthcare providers.Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide psychiatric care services at our partner facilities. We also prioritize your career development by providing support and resources to help you grow professionally.Responsibilities: Provide on-site psychiatric assessments and medication management to patients in skilled nursing, assisted living, and other long-term care facilities. Consult, educate, and coordinate care with facility staff, including nursing home administrator, director of nursing, and director of social services.
