About the Role
\nWe're looking for a Senior Software Engineer (AI Agents) to build the core systems behind an intelligent automation platform used in highly complex, operations-heavy industries. You’ll design and ship production-grade LLM systems, contribute across the stack, and play a key role in evolving both the product and technical architecture.
\n \nThis is a high-ownership, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate closely with the founding team, contribute to major architectural decisions, and build technology that solves real-world operational problems at scale.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n• Build and scale the core automation and AI agent systems that power the platform
\n• Work across the stack: backend APIs, data pipelines, orchestration layers, and frontend workflows
\n• Design and deploy agent-based LLM components for reasoning, extraction, and decision-making
\n• Collaborate directly with users to understand workflows and ship high-impact solutions
\n• Contribute to architecture discussions and help drive key technical decisions
\n• Write clean, reliable, maintainable code with strong engineering fundamentals
\n• Support roadmap execution and help elevate engineering standards as the team grows
\n \nWho You Are
\n• A senior-level engineer with experience in high-growth or startup environments
\n• Comfortable owning projects end-to-end with minimal oversight
\n• Strong in 0→1 product development and able to operate in ambiguous problem spaces
\n• Genuinely interested in applied AI and complex operational workflows
\n• Pragmatic, execution-focused, and thoughtful about long-term system design
\n \nWhat We’re Looking For
\n• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
\n• Strong full-stack capabilities (Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Go, or Python)
\n• Experience designing and shipping production backend systems and APIs
\n• Hands-on experience building or integrating LLM-powered or agent-based systems
\n• Ability to design scalable services and data pipelines
\n• Strong technical judgment and ability to make sound tradeoffs
\n• Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally and with customers
\n \nBonus Points
\n• Experience with retrieval pipelines, orchestration frameworks, or structured data extraction
\n• Prior experience at an early-stage startup
