Security Field Service Specialist Security Field Service Specialist- Full Time/ Days Bring your passion to Texas Health so we are Better + Together Work location: Texas Health Dallas: 8200 Walnut Hill Lane Dallas, Texas 75231 Will require local traveling to Dallas, Rockwall, Kaufman, Plano, Allen, Frisco, Denton, and other East side locations to include Texas Health Physicians Group sites, Breeze Urgent Care sites, etc. Work hours: Full Time (40 Hour) Day Shift; Monday through Friday Shifts between the hours of 7A-8P On call for nights and weekends (secondary or primary to be determined) Department Highlights: Team based environment Workplace culture 2nd to none Opportunities to advance Here’s What You Need Education High School Diploma or equivalent required Experience 5 years’ experience in a security system related technical support or customer service role with various outsourcing and services offerings, pricing and delivery structures required Licenses and Certifications Other Application certification or proficiency when applicable required upon hire DL- Drivers License (must have a valid driver's license) upon hire required What You Will Do Provides timely in-person and virtual customer assistance for physical security hardware and software. Responds to customer requests for technical support for customers' hardware, networks, and applications at applicable work-sites. Accurately log all customer interactions in the ITS ticketing system. Independently identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, documents, and replicates customer problems applying technical solutions or workarounds; escalation complex issues in accordance with documented escalation procedures, if unable to resolve Customer Relationship Management - Demonstrates exceptional customer service by seeking opportunities to give educational feedback while assisting customers. Build and maintain key customer relationships with customers through timely and effective resolution. Process and Performance Improvement - Utilizes processes, tools and technology to perform job effectively while continuing to refine and learn these when applicable. Looks for ways to improve personal, team, and departmental performance. Adheres to Asset Management processes for asset inventory Lifecycle Management. Identify trends in delivery of service, and identify opportunities for improvement. Leadership - Facilitates communication, work assignments, process adherence, and training to other field techs. Demonstrates agility in work execution and oversight. Easily adapt to change and serves as a role model to new field service staff in a dynamic work environment. Planning and Administration - Performs administrative duties and participates in special projects as assigned.
