PRN Receptionist OpportunityClaremont Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, professional, and flexible PRN Receptionist to join our team.This is an as-needed position designed to provide receptionist coverage when our regularly scheduled staff are unavailable. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has the flexibility to pick up occasional shifts.The PRN Receptionist may be scheduled to cover:Planned employee vacations and time offHolidaysUnexpected or emergency call-offsOther situations when additional front desk coverage is neededMultiple shifts when extended coverage is necessaryBecause this is a PRN position, regular weekly hours are not guaranteed. Some weeks may have no available hours, while other periods may offer multiple shifts depending on facility needs.The PRN Receptionist will:Greet residents, families, visitors, employees, and vendors in a friendly and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming telephone callsAssist visitors with questions and directionsMonitor the front entrance and follow facility sign-in and security proceduresProvide basic clerical and administrative supportCommunicate effectively with nursing, administration, and other departmentsMaintain a professional and welcoming front desk environmentWhat we're looking for:Dependable and punctualFriendly, professional, and customer-service focusedComfortable answering phones and interacting with the publicAble to remain organized in a busy healthcare environmentWilling to work a flexible PRN scheduleAvailable for occasional short-notice coverage when possibleComfortable working different shifts based on facility needsPrevious receptionist, customer service, office, or healthcare experience is preferred but not required.If you are looking for a flexible position where you can help support our team when coverage is needed, we'd love to hear from you!
