Marketing Specialist JOB DESCRIPTION The Marketing Specialist supports double kwik’s marketing efforts by increasing brand awareness, customer engagement, and loyalty. This position manages social media, creates marketing content, coordinates promotions and advertising, supports loyalty programs, conducts market research, and leads community outreach. The Marketing Specialist works closely with leadership, store teams, vendors, and community partners to ensure marketing initiatives are consistent, effective, and successfully executed. POSITION DETAILS Department Retail Job Status Full Time FLSA Status Exempt Reports To Director of Marketing Job Type Office Positions Supervised Retail Work Schedule Standard hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Special Circumstances may occur. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Social Media & Content Plan, create, schedule, and manage content across double kwik’s social media platforms. Monitor customer engagement and respond to messages and comments. Maintain a consistent brand voice and image across all marketing channels. Promotions & Advertising Assist with planning and executing promotions, advertising campaigns, and quarterly marketing initiatives. Coordinate marketing materials and campaign rollouts with vendors, advertising partners, and store teams. Maintain a marketing calendar to ensure campaigns and promotions are completed on schedule. Loyalty & Customer Engagement Manage marketing initiatives for double kwik’s rewards program and mobile app. Assist double kwik rewards Members with technical issues Community Outreach Build relationships with schools, organizations, businesses, and community partners. Coordinate sponsorships, community events, and outreach opportunities. Represent double kwik at community events and promotional activities. Market Research & Reporting Monitor customer trends, competitor activity, and marketing opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance and customer engagement. QUALIFICATIONS Experience in marketing, communications, social media, or a related field preferred. Strong understanding of social media, content creation, and customer engagement. Proficiency with Canva, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organization, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently. Experience with loyalty programs, mobile apps, retail promotions, or community outreach is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Childers Oil Co.
