Electronics Purchasing Lead — NPI & Supply Strategy

ModRetro Inc.

ModRetro Inc. in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a seasoned Purchasing Leader to build and own the end-to-end procurement function for electronics components and materials. You will establish policies, lead ERP/MRP-based processes, and develop a high-performing supplier base to support NPI and production. Responsibilities include negotiating terms, reducing cost and lead times, managing supplier performance, and creating dashboards to reveal spend, savings, and risk.
