Here, creativity happens naturally—we attract top talent and give them a space to grow and collaborate.We are looking for a Group Art Supervisor to join the team!Objectives of this role:Manages complex projects while providing oversight/support on smaller initiativesManage workloads to maximize productivity of the art team, ensuring that everyone is busy and billableHelp develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspirationManage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects when necessaryLead concept presentationsPartners with copy on concepts and executionManages brands and direct reports to create unity and a feeling of creative cohesion across the brandEnsures brands have a cohesive look and feelCompletes yearly reviews and sets achievable goals for growth when direct reports are present (0-2 direct reports) executed within 1 month of anniversary dateUnderstands brand tactic timelines and budget, as well as overall brand planDemonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges and are responsive to the strategic and creative needs of their businessRepresent the agency at client meetings and social events as appropriateProvides executional firepower on concepting efforts with a strong focus on strategyGains deeper understanding of scientific ideas and its disease state relevanceWhat it takes:4-5+ years of agency experiencePharmaceutical experienceExperience managing teamsUnderstands best practices for creative across all channelsExcellent presentation skills to internal teams and clientsStrong collaboration skills to work with copy partner to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaignsAbility to work collaboratively with all other disciplines at the agency (account management, digital strategy, etc.)High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (XD, PSD, IND, etc) and PPTDon't meet every single requirement?
