This full-time opportunity begins as soon as possible and runs through December 23rd. The setting involves working across three elementary schools, providing engaging and essential OT services to a caseload of approximately 30 students. The majority of your sessions will be delivered in small groups or one-on-one, allowing you to tailor interventions and foster meaningful student growth.

The position typically runs Monday through Friday, but for those seeking a more flexible schedule, there is an option to split the role between two part-time OTs. This is a fantastic chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and bring creativity and compassion to students’ learning journeys.

What you’ll need:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in New Jersey
• Experience or interest in school-based pediatric settings
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt interventions as needed
• Comfort working in both group and individual settings
• Passion for helping children achieve their highest potential
• Availability to start promptly and commit through December 23rd

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting assessments and designing individualized treatment plans
