Outpatient Therapist – Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Location: High Focus Centers – Northeast Philadelphia, PA High Focus Centers is a leading provider of high-quality outpatient treatment across southeastern Pennsylvania, operating through its subsidiary programs: Rehab After Work, The Light Program, and Seeds of Hope. Our comprehensive, individualized treatment approach supports adolescents and adults struggling with mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist with strong DBT skills training experience to facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) groups and provide exceptional clinical care. This role will play a key part in delivering structured, skills-based treatment with an emphasis on Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Compensation: $53,000 – $57,000 (dependent on experience, education, and licensure) Key Responsibilities Facilitate Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) group therapy sessions with a strong emphasis on DBT skills training, including mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotion regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness Deliver structured, curriculum-based DBT groups and reinforce skills application in daily functioning Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams Integrate DBT principles into individual sessions and crisis interventions as clinically indicated Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and insurance reviews Coordinate care with referral sources, families, and external providers Maintain a minimum of 25 billable sessions per week while supporting program needs Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives Perform additional duties as needed to support clinical operations Qualifications Master’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Clinical Mental Health) from an accredited institution, including completion of a clinical internship/practicum Experience providing DBT skills training in a group setting required Pyramid CORE Values: We are committed and proud to live our CORE values and use them to inspire those around us.
