Department: School of Business Job Summary: Updates course curriculum and materials under the supervision ofinstructional staff or faculty in support of instructionaladvancement. Job Description: Organizes and develops curricula, materials and programs tomeet specific training needs. Partners with subject matter experts to provide input forcourse content. Works to ensure course materials are current and relevant. Plans and coordinates skill assessments and trainings. Edits, reviews, and updates existing materials based oncurriculum changes. Job Responsibilities: Build and maintain standardized Blackboard templates and courseshells across online, hybrid, and in-person courses. Partner with faculty to design courses (learning objectives,assessments, content, multimedia) and convert face-to-face coursesto online and hybrid formats. Set and enforce quality, accessibility (ADA / WCAG), andusability standards, and review existing courses against them. Train and support faculty on course design, Blackboard, andinstructional technology. Evaluate instructional effectiveness and advise onlearning-technology strategy and tool selection.
