Accounts Receivable Clerk

This is a temporary position within the Accounts Receivable Department. The  Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk will have the primary task of reviewing customer sales tax exemption forms and entering them into the system. The Accounts Receivable Clerk will enjoy a flexible schedule, with the goal of keeping customer information as current and up-to-date as possible.

Pay Range: $16.00-$18.00 (Based on experience).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Reviews customer exemption forms for completeness.


• Follows-up with incomplete forms.


• Files the forms electronically in a specified directory.


• Completes the exemption setup in the system within a 5-7 day window.


• Communicates with customers and store personnel as needed.


• May perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

• Total of 15-20 hours per week.


• Hours are flexible, with the ability to work between the hours of 8am and 5pm, Monday-Friday.

Education, Training, Experience :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
